If you purchase an instant download wall art printable, your file/s will be ready for you to download immediately after your payment has cleared. You'll receive an email verifying your purchase, with a link to download your file/s.

For all personalised printable wall art, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order. I'll try to have your file/s to you within 24-48 hours. If there's a delay due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, I'll do my best to notify you with regular updates.

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from your Account/Purchases & Reviews. You’ll also receive an email with a link to your download included once your payment has cleared.

If you have checked out as a guest and don’t have an Etsy account, you’ll find a link to your download in the receipt email that is sent after purchase.

If you receive a PDF with a link to my Dropbox, simply click the link on the PDF, then find the down arrow (↓) at the top of my Dropbox page and it will download all the files.

Once I’ve personalised your order, you’ll receive an Etsy email with a link to your download. After this time you will also be able to access your digital download via your Account/Purchases & Reviews, unless you've signed in as a guest.

Please make sure your email is up to date in your Etsy account or you can message me your preferred email. If signing in with your Apple ID make sure you edit your email in your account settings, otherwise Etsy will not have access to your email to send important information about your order.

If you would like a colour, style, text, size that’s different to the options included for a custom order or instant download, please get in touch with me first to check if the alternation is possible. Also be aware that new custom options will take me longer to complete and there will be an additional cost. Please contact me first to discuss the details and price.

For best results print on smooth white heavyweight paper stock or matte photo paper for all softer illustrations. Some darker illustrations, for example: the airbrushed galaxy zodiac prints will also print beautifully on lustre or semi-gloss photo paper.

Make sure colour correction isn’t selected.

 Check that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink and replace any cartridges that are running low on ink before printing. Also make sure the highest print quality photo/image option is selected in your settings and the correct paper size and paper type are selected.



Please note: there may be some colour variance between monitors and printers. Printing larger than the original size will reduce quality and sharpness.
